    Simply add 1 and 1/4 cup (255ml) of really cold water to 1 packet of batter mix, and stir before coating your seasoned wings or food with it.

    Deep fry 6-8 cut wings for 8 minutes at 190 degree celsius to achieve the perfect golden brown crunch,

    If you are using our mix with other foods products please adjust your cooking time and amount used accordingly
